Delving into the ancient Indian martial art of Kalarippayattu for 7 years, I discovered more than physical prowess. Proclaimed as the mother of all martial arts, my initiation by a master with over 10,000 students across India, I was the first in Bangalore (my hometown). Here, I grasped the essence of willpower, the fluidity of the mind, and the importance of a healthy body supporting the overall framework.
Embracing this mindfulness meditation technique rooted in Buddhism's oldest school of thought, I realized the profound impact of turning inward. The absence of external data became a catalyst for introspection, allowing me to process memories—both positive and negative—on a deeper level.
Immersing myself in the life design materials, particularly in the Designing Your Life (DYL) program, was a transformative experience.
